New Childfree Workshop!

I am delighted to announce our new workshop which will take place online on Saturday October 1st. The aim of this day is to help people explore their childfree identity - whether you are still deciding if it is the right choice for you, or you have already decided and are figuring out what that life looks like for you.

Central themes will be identity, legacy and connection. These are universal themes which arise frequently for clients I work with. How does being childfree fit in with the rest of my identity, what impact does choosing to be childfree have on how I see myself and how others might see me? Without becoming a parent, what else do I want to focus on in my life, what has value for me? What will I do and create during my life, what will my legacy be? Without children, where will I find connection with others?

We will explore these types of questions in a very supportive way - there are no right or wrong answers, only what makes sense and fits for you. It is also ok if you don't know just yet, this is part of a bigger process.

Most importantly, you will also get to have these discussions with like minded people so you will know that you are not the only one having these thought or concerns.
